Chestnut Tree House
Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for Sussex and South East Hampshire — providing care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions and their families.
The specialist care team are there for the whole family, offering overnight stays and short breaks, activity days, help in families’ own homes, end of life care, and bereavement support. They are there for children and families every step of the way, helping to make every day count. The good days, the bad days and the last days.
Over £4 million is needed every year to provide hospice care for local children and their families. Very little of this comes from central government, so Chestnut Tree House relies heavily on the support and generosity of the local community.
